Features

Incoloy 800H has a restricted carbon content range of 0.05 to 0.10%, which is in the upper portion of that of Incoloy 800, and is annealed at 1149 to 1177ºC (Incoloy 800 is annealed at 983 to 1038ºC). These differences impart it to have higher stress rupture and creep properties than Incoloy 800.
Applications: Chemical and petrochemical process piping, high temperature heat exchangers, furnace components, carburizing equipment, heating-element sheathing, and nuclear power steam superheating tubing.
